STUDENT RESOURCE SCHEME 2025!
Invoicing for the Student Resource Scheme has begun! For new families, if you have not yet signed up, please complete the form below (Please note that there is a scheme for Years 1-6, and a separate one for Prep).
These permissions were also sent out via QParents.
If you no longer wish to participate in the SRS please complete a new Participation Agreement Form (PAF) and select "I DO NOT wish to participate" - forms available on QParents or from the office.

Yura Hilliard Families!
Welcome to 2025 in the Tucker Box. We are very excited to see everyone back and meet all of our new Hilliard Community Members when we can.
Just a few points to kick start our year, Firstly, The Tucker Box will be completely CLOSED for 1st Break EVERY Tuesday this term. We will be sure to let everyone know if this changes however due to circumstances, we will be closed of a Tuesday 1st Break. We are still open for Munch and Crunch and 2nd Break on Tuesdays however Ordering will not be open for 1st Break. Please make sure you are reminding your little ones of this so they can adjust to this unfortunate break in routine, perhaps as they get out of the car for school of a Tuesday Morning.
Secondly, Munch and Crunch will no longer be delivered to the classrooms from the Tucker Box as it was last year. Unfortunately, with less and less volunteer availability we are becoming time poor in the Tucker Box especially in the mornings, so Munch and Crunch Orders are to be collected by either Students or Parents (of Prep Students) each morning.
- Here is a bit of a timeline to help you plan your mornings at school:
8:30am - QKR Ordering via the App Cuts off for Munch and Crunch Menu8:40am - Munch and Crunch Orders will be prepared, labelled and Ready for collection by Students/ Parents - 9:00am - Class begins for the day. If your child has forgotten to collect their Munch and Crunch, don't worry! Teachers will be allowing students to visit the Tuckshop to collect their orders at Munch and Crunch time. If any Munch and Crunch orders remain uncollected, they will simply be kept in the fridge until 1st Break when they will be sent to classrooms in Tucker Box boxes.
Thirdly, just another reminder to make sure your child's class on QKR is up to date to avoid orders getting lost! Please don't hesitate to contact us here in the Tucker Box if you have any further questions.
Lastly, did you know that the Tuckshop and Uniform Shop are operated by our P&C Association?
We would love new families to come along and meet us at our 1st P&C Meeting for 2025 on Monday 10th Feb at 6:30pm. Meetings are held in the Staff Room in the Admin Block. We have many Executive Positions on our P&C that will be vacated at our AGM Meeting in March and if you have any interest in participating, please come along and see what it's all about and gather any information you may need before coming on board. We look forward to meeting anyone who comes along.
